    La inteligencia artificial mantiene una presencia implícita en las tecnologías de información y comunicación TIC. Las herramientas digitales como parte de las TIC, son sistemas basados en la inteligencia artificial y que finalmente hoy en día intervienen en diversas actividades. De acuerdo al escenario en donde se utilicen estas tecnologías de Inteligencia artificial, implica un contexto derivado de las propias tecnologías y a su vez un ámbito con relación a la ética. En razón de esto, la UNESCO ha venido desarrollando una serie de recomendaciones sobre la ética de la inteligencia artificial. Por lo que es necesario considerar el reflexionar sobre este tema desde un enfoque preconcebido o bien, con base a nociones de carácter general. El presente trabajo constituye una orientación teórica, por lo que se realiza una investigación de tipo exploratoria no experimental, abordando desde un enfoque de la hermenéutica, considerando para ello el ámbito de actuación número 1, siendo la evaluación del impacto ético, dentro de las recomendaciones de la UNESCO. El objetivo de la investigación es realizar un análisis reflexivo del contexto con relación a cuatro categorías, la agricultura, la educación, la educación especial y la manufactura, categorizadas en los conceptos de ética y tecnología. Los resultados derivan en una argumentación teórica construida partiendo del análisis que comprende la hermenéutica. Se llega a las conclusiones de que la inteligencia artificial y las tecnologías, deben contar con bases éticas en su aplicación práctica, siendo de gran utilidad las recomendaciones emitidas por UNESCO.

    Artificial intelligence maintains an implicit presence in information and communication technologies ICT. Digital tools as part of ICT, are systems based on artificial intelligence and that finally today intervene in various activities. According to the scenario in which these artificial intelligence technologies are used, it implies a context derived from the technologies themselves and in turn a field related to ethics. For this reason, UNESCO has been developing a series of recommendations on the ethics of artificial intelligence. Therefore, it is necessary to consider reflecting on this topic from a preconceived approach or based on general notions. The present work constitutes a theoretical orientation, so a non-experimental exploratory type of research is carried out, approached from a hermeneutic approach, considering for it the scope of action number 1, being the evaluation of the ethical impact, within the recommendations of UNESCO. The objective of the research is to carry out a reflexive analysis of the context in relation to four categories, agriculture, education, special education and manufacturing, categorized in the concepts of ethics and technology. The results derive in a theoretical argumentation built from the analysis comprising hermeneutics. Conclusions are reached that artificial intelligence and technologies must have ethical bases in their practical application, being very useful the recommendations issued by UNESCO.
