Resumen de Percepción de la experiencia educativa del estudiantado de la sede Regional Brunca, campus Pérez Zeledón, bajo la modalidad presencial remota y el uso de las TIC, durante el II semestre del 2020

  El objetivo principal de este artículo fue investigar la percepción del estudiantado de la sede Brunca, campus Pérez Zeledón, de la Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, en su experiencia educativa bajo la modalidad presencial remota. Los resultados muestran que el uso de las TIC bajo esta modalidad fue apropiado en el proceso de aprendizaje, permitiendo actualización y capacitación en nuevas tecnologías. Además, se obtiene que las herramientas y recursos tecnológicos más utilizados fueron la suite ofimática ® Microsoft Office, y las herramientas en línea de videoconferencia como ® Microsoft Teams, ® Google Meet y ® Zoom que apoyaron el logro de los aprendizajes educativos en cada curso. En adición, las ventajas de esta modalidad se presentan en el ahorro de dinero en el traslado y desarrollo de habilidades de autoaprendizaje, contrario a las desventajas relacionadas con el poco acceso a internet y el no saber delimitar entre la vida personal, social, laboral y educativa.

  The main objective of this article was to investigate the perception of the students of the Pérez Zeledón campus, in relation to their educational experience under the virtual modality implemented by the UNA. The results show that the student population participating in the study positively value the virtual modality with the support of ICT as appropriate in their learning process, which has allowed them to be trained in new technological tools to maintain or conclude their major. In addition, the most used technological tools and resources were the ® Microsoft Office suite, and the online videoconferencing tools such as ® Microsoft Teams, ® Google Meet and ® Zoom that supported the achievement of educational learning in each major. Furthermore, some of the advantages of this modality are saving of money on transportation and development of self-taught skills. In contrast, some of the disadvantages that the students report is the limited access to internet connection and not knowing how to manage between personal, social and educational life.
