Resumen de Diritti e politiche sociali nel contesto europeo
The paper analyses the transformations of European social policies and labour law after the Covid pandemic, following the principles of the European social Pillar, the conclusions of the conference on the future of Europe and the indications of the NGEU on sustainable development. Specific analysis is devoted to the major policy innovations and European directives such as: guarantee of minimum wages, regulation of platform work, guarantee of wage parity, promotion of collective bargaining also for autonomous workers, legal and social implications of environmental sustainability for public policy and for enterprise activities
