This essay explores opportunities and risks linked to current labour market reforms in Italy. The essay observes the role of public and private actors within labour markets and the evolution of the European Law framework in the context of the Next Generation EU mechanism and the PNRR scenario. On this basis, the essay focuses on institutional framework, actors and programs of active labour market policies, education, and training systems in Italy.
