La historia en occidente está asociada a la figura del historiador, es decir, a ese personaje que ya no pretende recibir de las musas la inspiración sobre los acontecimientos y hazañas de hombres y dioses, como lo había sido la epopeya (los aedos) que la precede. Aquí se trata esta temática con los estudios sobre oralidad y escritura y la filosofía analítica como marco teórico.

History in the West is linked to the historian, that is to say, to that personae who does not pretend to receive in inspiration from the muses about the deeds and feats of men and gods as epic (aeoidos) which preceded it had done. This theme is dealt here with studies about orality and writing and with the analytical philosphy therotical frame.
