A partir de la comparación de tres obras pertenecientes a un génerO literario del siglo XVI, los repertorios de los tiempos o cronografías, se revisa la construcción simbólica del espacio terrestre de acuerdo con el modelo geocéntrico del universo imperante en la época. Este análisis comparativo muestra la diferencia entre los horizontes de enunciación de los repertorios de autoría española y el del novohispano Enrico Martínez.
Symbolic construction of the terrestrial space in accordance to the geocentrical model is studied in a comparative analysis of three works pertaining to a sixtheenth century genre, the repertoires of times or chronologies. The results show the difference between the horizons of enuncuation of the Spanish works from those of the Novohispanic Enrico Martínez.
