Resumen de Análisis estratégico de una finca familiar localizada en la compañía cabañas de la ciudad de Caacupé, Paraguay

    El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo aplicar el análisis FODA a una finca ubicada en Compañía Cabañas en la Ciudad de Caacupé. La investigación se realizó con un enfoque cualitativo, se utilizó el método de entrevista a profundidad a los propietarios, familiares y empleados de la finca, la información recolectada sirvió para diagnosticar la situación actual de la finca, lo que sirvió de base para el análisis interno y externo y presentar una estrategia a aplicar. Se concluye que la finca analizada es del tipo familiar. No cuenta con un documento en donde estén plasmados los lineamientos estratégicos. La fortaleza más significativa es la disponibilidad de mano de obra capacitada y la debilidad es la falta de registros de actividades agrícolas y manejo de recursos. La oportunidad de la finca es la creciente demanda de los productos que ofrece y la amenaza que enfrenta es el aumento del costo de los insumos. Así, la estrategia a aplicar es la utilización del talento humano, con el fin de reducir las debilidades, con el establecimiento de la documentación necesaria para el registro de las actividades de exploración, potenciando así las posibilidades de aprovechar las oportunidades y mitigar las amenazas.

  The objective of the research work was to apply the SWOT analysis to a farm located in Compañía Cabañas in the City of Caacupé. The research was carried out with a qualitative approach, the in-depth interview method was used with the owners, family members and employees of the farm, the information collected served to diagnose the current situation of the farm, which served as the basis for the internal analysis. and external and present a strategy to be applied. It is concluded that the farm analyzed is of the family type. It does not have a document where the strategic guidelines are embodied. The most significant strength is the availability of trained labor and the weakness is the lack of records of agricultural activities and resource management. The opportunity for the farm is the growing demand for the products it offers and the threat it faces is the increase in the cost of inputs. Thus, the strategy to be applied is the use of human talent, in order to reduce weaknesses, with the establishment of the necessary documentation for the registration of exploration activities, thus enhancing the possibilities of taking advantage of opportunities and mitigating threats.
