Resumen de Actitud de los estudiantes respecto a la lengua inglesa en una universidad privada de Paraguay

  La investigación tiene por objetivo analizar la actitud de los estudiantes respecto a la lengua inglesa en una universidad privada de Paraguay. Se trabajó con el enfoque cuantitativo de corte transeccional y descriptivo. Se encuestó a 53 estudiantes y los criterios de inclusión fueron: pertenecer como alumno activo en la asignatura de inglés (I, II, III o IV) y con participación voluntaria. Se utilizó el cuestionario desarrollado por Iriarte, compuesto por 33 preguntas y clasificadas en tres dimensiones (cognitivo, emocional y conductual) en agosto de 2022. Las dimensiones analizadas alcanzaron una media de cognitiva (x̄:3,92), emocional (x̄:4,17) y conductual (x̄:4,21). Se llega a la conclusión que la mayoría de los participantes adoptaron una actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje de la lengua inglesa.

  The objective of the research is to analyze the attitude of students regarding the English language at a private university in Paraguay. We worked with the quantitative approach of transectional and descriptive cut. 53 students were surveyed and the inclusion criteria were: belonging as an active student in the English subject (I, II, III or IV) and with voluntary participation. The questionnaire developed by Iriarte was used, consisting of 33 questions and classified into three dimensions (cognitive, emotional and behavioral) in August 2022. The dimensions analyzed reached an average of cognitive (x̄:3,92), emotional (x̄:4,17) and behavioral (x̄:4,21). It is concluded that most of the participants adopted a positive attitude towards learning the English language.
