    En este artículo expondremos el trámite de adopción en la Argentina y su correlación con el Derecho Internacional de los Derechos Humanos con jerarquía constitucional dentro del ordenamiento argentino. Veremos cómo el Estado argentino a través de la burocracia en los distintos organismos referentes a los procedimientos del tema estudiado y el ideal de las familias hacen que el fin que persigue la normativa se concrete tardíamente o muchas veces no se llegue a concretar.

    In this article we will expose the adoption procedure in Argentina and its correlation with the International Law of Human Rights with constitutional hierarchy within the Argentine order. We will see how the Argentine State through the bureaucracy in the different organisms referring to the procedures of the studied subject and the ideal of the families make that the end that the regulation pursues is carried out late or often it is not achieved.
