    Se aborda un periodo muy concreto de la historia del carnaval de la localidad mirobrigense que tiene como antecedentes la independencia de las colonias y el intento local de resurgimiento social y cultural con la celebración de una exposición regional sectorial, la creación del cuerpo de bomberos o la inauguración de un nuevo teatro. Veremos que, pese a la cruda y a veces dramática situación de la sociedad mirobrigense, la fiesta carnavalesca primará y será un revulsivo para sostener el pulso frente a problemas cruciales que constriñen el tejido social de esta ciudad.

    A very concrete period of the history of the carnival of the mirobrigense locality is approached that has like antecedents the independence of the colonies and the local attempt of social and cultural resurgence with the celebration of a sectorial regional exhibition, the creation of the body of firemen or the inauguration of a new theater. We will see that, in spite of crude and sometimes the dramatic situation of the mirobrigense society, the carnival celebration will prioritize and be a revulsive as opposed to maintain the pulse crucial problems that restrict the social weave of this city.
