    El objetivo de este trabajo será estudiar las expresiones y ataques anti-jesuíticos que se desenvolvieron entre 1836 y 1843 en la Buenos Aires rosista luego de la restauración de la Compañía de Jesús en esa provincia. La fuente principal para este estudio será la Historia secreta de la supresión de la Compañía de Jesús en Buenos Aires escrita por Mariano Berdugo, jesuita español y superior de la misión porteña. A partir de la reconstrucción parcial de los hechos realizada por Berdugo buscaremos comprender si los ataques por él recogidos fueron una construcción retórica para justificar sus actos durante su gobierno de la comunidad o si fueron adaptaciones locales de mitos anti-jesuíticos de larga duración. Comprender las bases y los motivos de los ataques recibidos por los ignacianos será de utilidad para comprender el proceso de inserción local de los mismos el contexto del proceso global de restauración de la Compañía.

    The objective of this work will be to study the anti-Jesuit attacks that took place between 1836 and 1843 in Rosista Buenos Aires after the restoration of the Society of Jesus in that province. The main source for this study will be the Historia secreta dela supresión de la Compañía de Jesús en Buenos Aires written by Mariano Berdugo, a Spanish Jesuit and superior of the Buenos Aires mission. From the partial reconstruction of the events carried out by Berdugo, we will seek to understand whether the attacks he collected were a rhetorical construction to justify his actions during his government of the community or whether they were local adaptations of long-lasting anti-Jesuit myths. Understanding the reasons for the attacks received by the Ignatians will be useful to understand the process of local insertion of these priests in the context of the global process of restoration of the Society.
