Programa de tutoría para desarrollar habilidades sociales en las estudiantes

    La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la influencia del programa de tutoría en el desarrollo de habilidades sociales de los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial, UNHEVAL 2018. Para el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, se utilizó el diseño preexperimental con preprueba y postprueba con un solo grupo de aplicación, y mediante el muestreo no probabilístico se eligió un grupo de trabajo conformado por 44 estudiantes del IV ciclo de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial. Se aplicó una preprueba y postprueba de 42 ítems. Comparando la preprueba y postprueba de cada dimensión y el consolidado total de las habilidades sociales, se obtuvo el siguiente resultado: índice de correlación muestra que el valor de r = 0.40 se ubican entre 0,40 ≤ r < 0.80 y su interpretación señala que existe una influencia significativa entre el Programa de Tutoría y el desarrollo de las habilidades sociales de los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Educación Inicial, UNHEVAL 2018.

    The present investigation had as objective: To determine the influence of the tutoring program in the development of social skills of the students of the Professional School of Initial Education. UNHEVAL 2018. For the analysis and interpretation of the results, the pre-experimental design with pre-test and post-test with a single application group was used and, through non-probability sampling, a working group consisting of 44 students from the IV cycle of the Professional School of Initial Education. A pre-test and post-test of 42 items were applied. Comparing the pretest and posttest of each dimension and the total consolidation of social skills, the following result was obtained: correlation index shows that the value of r = 0.40 and….
