Resumen de Análisis estadístico espacial del robo a personas en la ciudad de Riobamba

  El presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo estudiar la distribución espacial del robo a personas en la ciudad de Riobamba según la edad, en el estudio se aplicó el método de Kriging Universal usando el software ArcMap 10.3; mediante el análisis se determinó que los circuitos de mayor incidencia fueron la Politécnica (20,21%), Condamine (18,05%), Terminal Terrestre (15,28%) y la Estación (12,92%), con edades promedio de 28, 34, 31, 30 años respectivamente. El método Kriging Universal destaca que el centro, Sur-Oeste, Este (alrededores de la Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo) y todo el Norte (alrededores de la Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo) de la ciudad de Riobamba son zonas de alta probabilidad de que las persona adultas y jóvenes sufran un robo.

  The objective of this study was to study the spatial distribution of robbery to people in the city of Riobamba according to age, in the study the Kriging Universal method was applied using the ArcMap 10.3 software; through the analysis it was determined that the circuits with the highest incidence were the Polytechnic (20.21%), Condamine (18.05%), Terrestrial Terminal (15.28%) and the Station (12.92%), with average ages of 28, 34, 31, 30 years respectively. The Kriging Universal method emphasizes that the center, South-West, East (around the National University of Chimborazo) and all the North (around the Polytechnic School of Chimborazo) of the city of Riobamba are areas of high probability that the adults and young people suffer a robbery.
