    n este trabajo recoge la entrevista realizada por el profesor Randazzo al profesor Balaguer, en virtud de la publicación por este último del libro titulado La Constitución del algoritmo. La entrevista inquiere sobre el papel del jurista, la relación entre el Derecho e internet, la incidencia de las nuevas tecnologías en la capacidad normativa de la Constitución, la importancia creciente del populismo y el contexto de la globalización.

    This paper includes the interview conducted by Professor Randazzo with Professor Balaguer, after the publication by the latter of the book entitled “La Constitución del Algoritmo”. The interview inquiries about the role of the jurist, the relationship between law and the internet, the incidence of new technologies in the normative capacity of the Constitution, the growing importance of populism and the context of globalization.
