  Este trabajo pretende mostrar la evolución de las relaciones centro-periferia en los ordenamientos compuestos durante el período de la pandemia de la Covid–19. El objetivo de principal del artículo es comprender si la situación de la pandemia ha reforzado o deteriorado la colaboración entre el Estado central y los entes territoriales adoptando para ello una perspectiva comparada. En este sentido, se plantea si la diferente organización territorial de competencias entre estados regionales y unitarios influyó tanto en la forma de gestionar la pandemia como en el sistema de relaciones entre el centro y la periferia.

  This work aims to show the evolution of central-periphery relationships in the composed legal systems during the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. The main objective of the paper is to understand if the situation of the pandemic has strengthened or deteriorated the collaboration between the central state and the territorial entities by adopting a comparative perspective for it. In this sense, it considers whether the different territorial organisation of powers between regional and unitary states influenced both the way in which the pandemic was managed and the system of relations between the centre and the periphery.
