  En la actualidad los sistemas educativos de todo el mundo se enfrentan al desafío de utilizar las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) para proveer a los estudiantes las herramientas y conocimientos necesarios que se requieren en el siglo XXI. Emplear las tecnologías en el aula es un desafío latente hoy en día. Las (TIC) en la educación superior han adquirido un rol preponderante a la hora de establecer la dinámica de la enseñanza y el aprendizaje. Hacer uso de las tecnologías de la información y comunicación en las prácticas educativas posibilita la interactividad y la mejora del conocimiento en un ambiente que promueve la motivación. Esta utilización, sin embargo, presenta desafíos tanto para el docente como para el alumno y la institución educativa en la que se llevan a cabo. Las (TIC) son medios, no fines, es decir son instrumentos y materiales de construcción que facilitan el aprendizaje, el desarrollo de habilidades y distintas formas de aprender por parte de los estudiantes. Por lo que es necesario que en el aprendizaje del idioma Inglés se utilicen diferentes soportes audiovisuales, llegando a constituir un elemento altamente motivador, siempre y cuando se haga un uso responsable y crítico de estas herramientas en las clases. El manejo de estos nuevos sistemas les brindará a los estudiantes una gran oportunidad para que puedan tener un aprendizaje desarrollador, formándose como profesionales de un mundo moderno y multicultural en el que la lengua inglesa juega un papel importante. En esta investigación nos trazamos como objetivo: el Uso de las (TIC) en el proceso de aprendizaje desarrollador del Inglés en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación, especialidad Lengua Inglesa. Además todo ello tiene un impacto positivo y significativo en el rendimiento estudiantil especialmente en términos de conocimientos, comprensión y habilidad práctica. También ofrece la posibilidad de interacción que pasa de una actitud pasiva del estudiante a una actividad constante, implicándolos en la realización de sus tareas, desarrollando sus iniciativas pues se ven obligados a tomar pequeñas decisiones, filtrar informaciones a escoger y seleccionar. El uso de las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones se convierte en un factor insoslayable en el desarrollo del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje en el Inglés en la carrera Licenciatura en Educación, especialidad Lengua Inglesa, estableciendo un proceso dialéctico en el que, como resultado de la práctica, se producen cambios relativamente duraderos y generalizables construidos en la experiencia socio-histórica con el fin de adaptarse a la realidad y transformarla, propiciando el protagonismo estudiantil. Las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones contribuyen al aprendizaje desarrollador del inglés en los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación, especialidad Lengua Inglesa promoviendo su desarrollo integral, posibilitando su participación responsable y creadora en la vida social, y su crecimiento permanente como persona comprometida con su profesión. El mundo contemporáneo exige a los docentes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación, especialidad Lengua Inglesa. Formar un hombre para la vida, que pueda buscar soluciones a los problemas que demandan nuestros tiempos; mediante el uso de las Tecnologías de la Informática y las Comunicaciones, en el quehacer profesional y en la práctica cotidiana; como objetivo principal de la educación en Cuba.

  Today, education systems around the world face the challenge of using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to provide students with the necessary tools and knowledge that will be needed in the 21st century. Employing technologies in the classroom is a latent challenge today. The (ICT) in higher education have acquired a preponderant role in establishing the dynamics of teaching and learning. Making use of information and communication technologies in educational practices enables interactivity and knowledge improvement in an environment that promotes motivation. This use, however, presents challenges for both the teacher and the student and the educational institution in which he carries out. The (ICT) are means, without fines, that is, they are instruments and construction materials that facilitate learning, skills development and different ways of learning by students. Therefore, it is necessary that different audiovisual media be used in the learning of the English language, becoming a highly motivating element, as long as there is a responsible and critical use ofthese tools in the classes. The management of these new systems will provide students with a great opportunity for them to have developed learning, training as professionals in the modern and multicultural world in which the English language plays an important role. In this research we aim at: The Use of (ICT) in the process of computer learning of English in students of the degree in Education, specializing in English Language.In addition, all of this has a positive and significant impact on student achievement, especially in terms of knowledge, understanding and practical ability. It also offers the possibility of interaction that passes from a passive attitude of the student to a constant activity, involving them in the performance of their tasks, developing their initiatives as they are forced to make small decisions, filter information to choose and select. The use of Information Technology and Communications becomes an unavoidable factor in the development of the teaching-learning process in English in the undergraduate degree in Education, specializing in English, establishing a dialectical process in which, as a result of the In practice, there are relatively lasting and generalizable changes built in the socio-historical experience in order to adaptto reality and transform it, promoting student prominence. Information Technology and Communications contribute to the development of English learning in students of The Degree in Education, specializing in the English Language, promoting its integral development, enabling its responsible and creative participation in social life, and its permanent growth as a person committed to its profession. The contemporary world requires teachers of the degree in Education, specializing in English. Form a man for life, who can seek solutions to the problems that our times demand; through the use of Information Technology and Communications, in professional work and in daily practice; as the main objective of education in Cuba.
