A partir de una mirada psicoanalítica se analizarán convergencias y divergencias entrelas fake news, el cuento infantil, la saga y el mito. Para mostrar la vinculación de las Fake News con estas creaciones fantásticas y artísticas se incluirán conceptos como realidad y ficción, pensamiento mágico, mecanismos de defensa. Se tendrá en cuenta la dinámica consciente/ inconsciente. La autora en sus comentarios finales, parafraseando la frase popular “No news is good news”, aporta una reflexión sobre su opinión de que “Fake News no son buenas noticias”.

Fake news: its relationship with children’s stories, sagas and myths. This paper examines, from a psychoanalytical point of view, convergences and divergences between fake news, children’s stories, sagas and myths. In order to show the link between fake news and these fantastical and artistic creations, concepts such as reality and fiction, magical thinking and defense mechanisms are included. The conscious/unconscious dynamic is taken into account. Paraphrasing the popular phrase “No news is good news”, in her concluding remarks the author provides a reflection on her opinion that “fake news is not good news”.
