Resumen de Factores que influyen en la conducta de niños y niñas víctimas de abuso sexual, estudio de caso

  En el presente trabajo se lleva a cabo una temática muy importante y preocupante para nuestra sociedad, en primera instancia al tratarse de los niños y niñas que se encuentran en contextos donde sus derechos son vulnerados, los niños y niñas son como una esponja los cuales absorben todo aquello que el medio les brinda, los mismos que requieren de un mayor cuidado y protección por parte de los cuidadores principales, el abuso sexual ha existido desde tiempo atrás y se da en mayor medida en la actualidad, la presencia del familiar o cuidador principal es esencial frente a un caso de abuso sexual infantil para la recuperación física y psicológica del niño o niña , la atención que se debe brindar a la victimas debe ser conjugada por diferentes profesionales los cuales acuden a las distintas áreas donde el niño o niña ha sido ultrajado física y psicológicamente. Una de las problemáticas que hoy en día más nos inquieta en la sociedad son los derechos de los niños los cuales están siendo vulnerados, en la actualidad existen varios organismos donde puede acudir la víctima, en la presente investigación se expone como tema principal el abuso sexual infantil con el objetivo de identificar los factores que influyen en la conducta de los niños y niñas víctimas de abuso sexual. Comprende un desarrollo teórico basado en el enfoque postpositivista y análisis de caso. Se utilizó la entrevista como técnica de indagación aplicada al equipo técnico (psicólogos y trabajadores sociales) de la FUNDACIÓN “CASA HOGAR DE BELEN”, lugar donde se realizó la investigación concluyendo que después del abuso sexual infantil existen varios factores de riesgos individuales, familiares, sociales y ambientales que repercuten la conducta de los niños y niñas víctimas de A.S.I (abuso sexual infantil ) entre ellos la estructura familiar y los hogares disfuncionales, estos crean un ambiente menos favorable para el niño o niña los cuales pueden ser más vulnerables a ser abusados sexualmente se ven afectadas varias áreas a nivel: emocional, social y sexual ocasionando ciertas alteraciones como problemas de aprendizaje, pesadillas, fobias, demanda afectiva, déficit en las habilidades sociales, hiperactividad sexual, entre otros, con ello traen diversas consecuencias las cuales se producen frente a esta problemática se han encontrado entre las más resaltantes las consecuencias a corto y largo plazo, en referencia a las primeras son aquellas que el niño o niña tiene un estrés postraumático, sufriendo pesadillas, cambios en su conducta alimentaria, entre otras mientras al hablar de consecuencias a largo plazo se ven reflejadas en mayor medida cuando la víctima llega a su desarrollo madurativo es aquí donde ciertos acontecimientos moldean su conducta, creando una demanda mayor de atención, déficits de habilidades sociales, conductas masturbatorias y sexuales, problemas de aprendizaje entre otras que a lo largo de la investigación se manifiestan. Es de gran importancia a nivel mundial romper el silencio frente a esta problemática.

  In the present work is carried out a very important and worrisome theme for our society, in the first instance when dealing with children who are in contexts where their rights are violated, boys and girls are like a sponge which absorb everything that the environment provides them, the same ones that require greater care and protection by the main caregivers, sexual abuse has existed for some time and is more presently, the presence of the relative or primary caregiver is essential in the face of a case of child sexual abuse for the physical and psychological recovery of the child, the attention that should be given to the victims should be conjugated by different professionals who go to the different areas where the child has been outraged physically and psychologically. One of the problems that today most disturbs us in society are the rights of children which are being violated, currently there are several agencies where the victim can go, in the present investigation is exposed as the main issue sexual abuse of children with the aim of identifying the factors that influence the behavior of children victims of sexual abuse. It comprises a theoretical development based on the post-positivist approach and case analysis. The interview was used as a technique of inquiry applied to the technical team (psychologists and social workers) of the "CASA HOGAR DE BELEN" FOUNDATION, place where the research was conducted concluding that after child sexual abuse there are several factors of individual, family, social and environmental risks that impact the behavior of children victims of ASI (child sexual abuse) including family structure and households dysfunctional, these create a less favorable environment for the boy or girl who may be more vulnerable to being sexually abused are affected several areas at the level: emotional, social and sexual causing certain disorders such as learning problems, nightmares, phobias, affective demand , deficits in social skills, sexual hyperactivity, among others, with it bring various consequences which occur in front of this problem have been found among the most outstanding short and long term consequences, referring to the first are those that the boy or girl has a post-traumatic stress, suffer No nightmares, changes in their eating behavior, among others while talking about long-term consequences are reflected to a greater extent when the victim reaches maturity development is where certain events shape their behavior, creating a greater demand for attention, deficits of social skills, masturbatory and sexual behaviors, learning problems among others that appear throughout the investigation. It is of great importance worldwide to break the silence in front of this problem.
