Asentamientos humanos legalizados: barrio Cagua primer sector, Soacha, Colombia

    El artículo se orientó a evidenciar la magnitud de las problemáticas que persistieron luego de la legalización del barrio Cagua primer (1er) sector en Soacha, Cundinamarca, identificando las necesidades que hacen parte desde la constitución como asentamiento informal. La metodología es de enfoque mixto, con diseño correlacional-no probabilístico, se hizo observación directa en el barrio entre agosto y diciembre del 2022 de las condiciones del entorno y la muestra cuantitativa fue de 13 de habitantes, las variables teóricas abordadas y de las cuales se obtuvieron los resultados fueron urbanización, desarrollo urbano, asentamiento humano y necesidades básicas, se  concluyó que así se haya formalizado el barrio jurídicamente  en el 2015 los avances y proyectos aplicados para mejorar las condiciones de estos asentamientos han sido mínimos y actualmente se llevan a cabo acciones de optimización de la malla vial y otras actividades que se han hecho comunitariamente como la construcción de espacios colectivos entre ellos el salón comunal y en un principio el acueducto que funcionó para el barrio, haciéndose necesaria la planeación integral que busque fortalecer el  acceso de servicios públicos, atienda la mitigación de riesgos, la construcción de equipamientos con el fin de potencializar la calidad de vida y el entorno.

    The article was oriented to demonstrate the magnitude of the problems that persisted after the legalization of the Cagua neighborhood first (1st) sector in Soacha, Cundinamarca, identifying the needs that are part of the constitution as an informal settlement. The methodology is of a mixed approach, with a correlational-non-probabilistic design, direct observation was made in the neighborhood between August and December 2022 of the environmental conditions and the quantitative sample was 13 inhabitants, the theoretical variables addressed and of which the results were obtained were urbanization, urban development, human settlement and basic needs, it was concluded that in this way the neighborhood has been legally formalized in 2015 the advances and projects applied to improve the conditions of these settlements have been minimal and are currently being carried out actions to optimize the road network and other activities that have been carried out by the community, such as the construction of collective spaces, including the community hall and initially the aqueduct that worked for the neighborhood, making comprehensive planning necessary to strengthen access to services public, take care of risk mitigation, the construction of equipment’s in order to potentiate the quality of life and the environment.
