    En el presente artículo se exploran dos grandes constructos, justicia y solidaridad, para situarlos desde el pensamiento de Xavier Zubiri. En este intento se recurre a autores que iluminan estos planteamientos, a saber: Ignacio Ellacuría y Emmanuel Mounier. Asimismo se establece como la solidaridad y justicia son rasgos naturales en el ser humano. Por ello, la vida humana tiene que ser presencia y compromiso, lo que implica ser prudente en las acciones, promocionando el desarrollo de la comunidad.

    This article explores the constructs of justice and solidarity, from the perspective of Xavier Zubiri.  Particularly, this work draws on the authors that illuminate these concepts, such as Ignacio Ellacuria and Emmanuel Mounier.  It also establishes how solidarity and justice are natural features in the human being. Therefore, human life has to be presence and commitment, which implies being prudent in actions, promoting the development of the community.
