Resumen de Empoderamiento femenino en Enfermería y cambio de paradigma durante la COVID-19

El objetivo de esta investigación se centra en analizar, desde el enfoque fenomenológico-interpretativo, el empoderamiento femenino en la praxis del cuidado durante la pandemia por Covid-19.En un primer momento, se estudia el empoderamiento femenino desde sus orígenes, tomando encuenta los hechos sociales que dieron nacimiento al género. Posteriormente, se observa elempoderamiento de la mujer en el sector salud y cómo la enfermera, rompiendo esquemas, consolidasu participación en el sistema sanitario. Para finalizar, se describe el cambio de paradigma en tiemposde pandemia y los hechos que dieron nacimiento a mayor acceso y control de los recursos disponiblesen pro de la labor del arte del cuidado. El trabajo desarrollado, pretende realzar el quehacer de laenfermera por su constante lucha en aplicar el arte y ciencia en los cuidados del enfermo y en lapromoción de la salud, hechos que contribuyen de manera significativa en el bienestar de la poblaciónmundial.Recibido: 04/12/21 Aceptado: 29/3/22

The objective of this research focuses on analyzing the empowerment of female nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic from a phenomenological-interpretive approach. At first, female empowerment is studied from its origins, taking into account the social facts that gave birth to the gender. In the second, it is observed the empowerment of women in the health sector and how the nurse, breaking schemes, consolidates her participation in the health system. Finally, the paradigm shift in times of pandemic and the events that gave rise to greater access and control of available resources for nursing work are described. The work carried out aims to enhance the work of the nurse due to her constant struggle to apply art and science in the care of the sick and in the promotion of health, facts that contribute significantly to the well-being of the world population.
