Mecanismos de articulación multiactoral: para gestión del desarrollo territorial

    El siguiente trabajo es un acercamiento a los mecanismos de articulación multiactoral para la gestión del desarrollo territorial empleados por la Universidad de Oriente, en el marco del Efecto 1 ¨Fortalecimiento de Capacidades¨ de Plataforma Articulada para el Desarrollo Integral Territorial (PADIT) y sus relaciones con los diversos actores que componen la sociedad santiaguera, en este caso el gobierno, la empresa y las instituciones con las que se relaciona la Universidad de Oriente en la gestión. El artículo reconoce la multiplicidad de mecanismos existentes en torno a la relación instituciones de la ciencia e innovación y la sociedad, pero precisa el contenido de estos mecanismos en el espacio territorial para que de esta manera se logre mayor efectividad en el encargo que tiene la Universidad en medio del perfeccionamiento del Modelo económico Social cubano.

    The following work is an approach to multi-stakeholder articulation mechanisms for the management of territorial development employed by the University of Oriente, within the framework of the effect 1 ¨ strengthening of ¨ capacity of articulated platform for the Integral Territorial Development (Padit) and its relations with the various actors that compose the Santiaguera society, in this case the government, the company and the institutions with which the University of Orient relates in the management. The article recognizes the multiplicity of mechanisms existing around the relationship institutions of science and innovation and society, but it requires the content of these mechanisms in the territorial space so that in this way more effectiveness is achieved in the Commission of the university in the midst of the improvement of the Cuban Social economic model.
