The consequences of the exercise of the resolutory condition referred to in art. 11 of the Mortgage Law, when the buyer fails to comply with the obligation to pay the price in the sale; though it seems unusual, the tax paid is returned to the defaulter or the buyer. The other case relates to the refusal to modify the tax base taken into account when liquidating an administrative concession understands that refund of the tax paid is not appropriate.
