  ‘El viaje de Afrotopía’ y ‘Afrotopía y el hilo mágico del arte’ son dos álbumes ilustrados con orientaciones didácticas para acercar al alumnado de infantil y primaria, a través de artistas contemporáneas, a distintas realidades del continente africano desde una perspectiva feminista. El primer viaje de Afrotopía, la niña tanzana que protagoniza esta historia, comienza en Marruecos, continúa por Sudáfrica y finaliza en Etiopía, conociendo las instalaciones, esculturas y fotografías de Safaa Erruas, Mary Sibande y Aïda Muluneh. En su segundo periplo, Afrotopía se traslada a Asturias para recibir desde allí a la escritora y narradora oral Remei Sipi, de Guinea Ecuatorial pero residente en Barcelona, a la ceramista mozambiqueña Reinata Sadimba y a la fotógrafa de Costa de Marfil, Joana Choumali. Ambos recursos se han realizado con el apoyo y la confianza de la asociación Matumaini.

  ‘Afrotopia's Journey' and 'Afrotopia and the Magic Thread of Art' are two illustrated albums with didactic guidelines to bring infant and primary school pupils closer to different realities of the African continent through contemporary artists and a feminist perspective. The first journey of Afrotopia, the Tanzanian girl who is the protagonist of this story, begins in Morocco, continues through South Africa and ends in Ethiopia, getting to know the installations, sculptures and photographs of Safaa Erruas, Mary Sibande and Aïda Muluneh. In its second journey, Afrotopía moves to Asturias to welcome the writer and oral storyteller Remei Sipi, from Equatorial Guinea but resident in Barcelona, the Mozambican ceramist Reinata Sadimba and the Ivorian photographer Joana Choumali. Both resources have been produced with the support and trust of the Matumaini association.
