    In the context of the reform of the business crisis law, the lawmaker has also significantly intervened on the bankruptcy procedure and, among other things, on the provisions relating to the winding-up program, enhancing its role and function and introducing certain innovations aimed, on the one hand, at settling issues that arose under the former set of rules, on the other hand, at re-emphasizing the powers of preventive supervision of the Delegated Judge and, ultimately, at better scheduling the timing of the activities related to the preparation of the said program and its implementation

    Nel contesto della riforma del diritto della crisi d’impresa, il legislatore è intervenuto sensibilmente anche sulla procedura fallimentare e, tra le altre cose, sulla disciplina del programma di liquidazione, rafforzandone ruolo e funzione e introducendo alcune novità finalizzate, da un lato, a dirimere questioni sorte nella vigenza della precedente disciplina, da un altro lato, a riespandere i poteri di vigilanza preventiva del Giudice Delegato e, da un altro lato ancora, a meglio scandire le tempistiche delle attività correlate alla predisposizione del programma e alla sua realizzazione
