  En este trabajo se trata investigar y analizar comparativamente el marco doctrinal, constitucional y convencional que países como España, Chile, Colombia y México, han dado al derecho humano al olvido; así como determinar la influencia que en la adopción o limitación de este derecho han tenido las teorías garantista y del derecho penal del enemigo, puesto que se trata de teorías diametralmente opuestas.

  This work is about investigating and comparatively analyzing the doctrinal, constitutional and conventional framework, which countries such as Spain, Chile, Colombia and Mexico have given to the human right to be forgotten; as well as to determine the influence that the theories guarantee and criminal law of the enemy have had on the adoption or limitation of this right, since these are diametrically opposed theories.
