Resumen de Estandarización de valores hematológicos de la trucha arcoíris (Oncorhynchus mykiss) en condiciones de altitud

  La trucha arcoiris (Oncorhynchus mykiss) es la especie más utilizada con fines piscícolas en las aguas frías continentales de Colombia. En la actualidad, en el Departamento de Boyacá hay pocos estudios relacionados con sus parámetros hematológicos. En consecuencia hallar los valores sanguíneos normales de esta especie, representa, para los sistemas de producción acuícola, la posibilidad de mejorar la producción y productividad de estos modelos de explotación pecuaria. Para efecto de este estudio, se pretende estandarizar los valores celulares de la sangre de la trucha arcoiris en condiciones de altitud, mediante el cálculo de cada uno de los parámetros que conforman el eritrograma, leucograma, y trombograma, en el pez sano. Esto con el fin de acceder a cifras absolutas y conformar indicadores de referencia en los cuales se pueda apoyar el clínico o el truchicultor, para identificar la presencia de circunstancias desfavorables para la salud de la trucha arco iris y un criterio clínico para la indicación de tratamientos.

  The Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) is the most used kind with purposes piscicolas in the cold continental waters of Colombia. At the moment in Boyaca’s Department there are few studies related to its hematological parameters. In consequence, finding the blood normal values of this type of trout represents for the systems of production acuicola the possibility of reaching the standars of production and productivity of these models of cattle exploitation. As a result of this study, our objective is to standardize the cellular values of de blood of the rainbow trout in conditions of altitude. In this sense we calculate each one of the parameters wich shapes the eritrogram, leucogram, and trombogram in the healthy fish, in order to accede to absolute results and to shape the values of reference on which the clinical or the truchicultor can support to, identify the presence of unfavorable conditions for the health of the rainbow trout and a clinical criterion for the indication of treatments.
