El presente artículo tiene por objeto analizar las regulaciones y prohibiciones relacionadas con las transferencias internacionales de futbolistas menores de edad. Este análisis se realiza en un doble enfoque, primero bajo la normativa emanada por la entidad que gobierna a las federaciones de fútbol de todo el mundo, la FIFA, y, en segundo plano, respecto a la interpretación que ha realizado en sus laudos el órgano internacional de arbitraje dedicado a las disputas en torno al deporte, el TAS.

The purpose of this article is to analyse the regulations and prohibitions in relation with the international transfer of underage footballers. This analysis is carried out in a twofold approach, firstly under the regulations issued by the governing body of the world's football federations, FIFA, and secondly regarding the interpretation made in its awards by the international arbitration body dedicated to disputes around the sport, the CAS.
