    En este trabajo se pretende hacer dialogar el planteamiento constructivista de D. Haraway con la propuesta de I. Hacking respecto a cómo entender el constructivismo. Con ello se pretende situar los aspectos constructivos, o no, de la práctica científica con el fin de avanzar hacia una epistemología más democrática y hacia una mayor democratización de la epistemología. El objetivo es replantear la idea de que el conocimiento en general, y el científico en particular, se caracterizan por su objetividad, por su neutralidad, y que sus contenidos no quedan afectados por valores externos. La cuestión central es contrastar la visión más constructiva de Haraway con la más matizada de Hacking con el fin de arrojar luz sobre el debate actual sobre estos temas.

    In this paper it is analyzed the constructivist approach of D. Haraway and the thesis of I. Hacking on how to understand constructivism. The objective of the analysis is advancing toward a more democratic epistemology and to democratize the epistemology. The aim of the paper is to rethink the idea that knowledge, in general, and science in particular, are characterized by objectivity and neutrality, and that their contents are not affected by contextual values. The central issue is to contrast the constructive vision of Haraway with Hacking´s approach on constructivism in order to light the current debate on these topics.
