    El desarrollo del diagnóstico prenatal ha modificado radicalmente el manejo de los embarazos y de los resultados perinatales. Entre sus propósitos está la detección de malformaciones congénitas. Para profundizar en la temática se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de reflexionar sobre algunos de los dilemas bioéticos del diagnóstico prenatal en la provincia de Granma. Se indagó acerca de algunos de los dilemas, donde se incluyen: la voluntariedad, accesibilidad, el estado moral del feto y la interrupción del embarazo como tratamiento (aborto eugenésico). Se llegó a la conclusión que los principios generales de la bioética deben servir de base para el análisis y la solución de los dilemas que han surgido en el campo del diagnóstico prenatal y que el desarrollo tecnológico no puede cambiar los principios bioéticos, ni los valores humanos de los profesionales de la salud pública.

It took place to the conclusion that the bioética's general beginnings must serve as base for analysis and the solution of the dilemmas that have happened at the field of the antenatal diagnosis and than the technological development can not change beginnings bioethics, neither the human public moral values of the health-care professionals.
