  El artículo presenta la experiencia de enseñanza en el Taller de Investigación y Tesis de la Maestría en Psicología y Educación de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad de la República, Uruguay. Situados desde dicha experiencia, nos preguntamos: ¿qué significa formar al otro (estudiante) como investigador/a en el posgrado?  El Taller se desarrolla en cuatro instancias espaciadas en el tiempo relacionadas a los momentos de una investigación. Nuestro objetivo de formación ha sido co-construir un espacio formativo de interacción y autonomía que invite y anime a los estudiantes a reconocer, reflexionar, conocer y posicionarse en la práctica de investigación en el campo de la Psicología y la Educación. Es un espacio para formarse e investirse investigador/a desde lo que “les pasa” mientras investigan. Un lugar para la problematización de lo que sentimos cuando investigamos: incomodidades, miedos, angustia, sufrimientos y placeres. Un lugar para pensar el asombro, la desnaturalización de lo obvio, la incertidumbre en la investigación. Un lugar para reflexionar en torno a éticas transversales al proceso de investigación, al análisis de la implicación.

  The article presents the teaching experience in the Research and Thesis Workshop of the master’s degree in Psychology and Education of the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad de la República, Uruguay. Based on this experience, we ask ourselves: what does it mean to form the other (student) as a researcher in postgraduate studies? The Workshop is developed in four instances spaced in time related to the moments of an investigation. Our formation objective has been to co-build a training space for interaction and autonomy that invites and encourages students to recognize, reflect, know, and position themselves in the research practice in the field of Psychology and Education. It is a space to be formed and be invested as a researcher from what happens to them while they investigate. A place for the problematization of what we feel when we investigate: discomforts, fears, anguish, sufferings, and pleasures. A place to think about the amazement, the denaturing of the obvious, the uncertainty in the investigation. A place to reflect on ethics transversal to the research process, to the analysis of the implication.
