Resumen de Novedades en materia de incapacidad temporal

El artículo aborda tres reformas en la prestación de incapacidad temporal. En primer lugar, la LGSS ha sido modificada para atender a las novedades introducidas por la Ley Orgánica 1/2023, de 28 de febrero, por la que se modifica la Ley Orgánica 2/2010, de 3 de marzo, de salud sexual y reproductiva y de la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. En segundo lugar, la reforma operada por el Real Decreto-Ley 2/2023, también introdujo cambios, en vigor a partir del 17 de mayo. Finalmente, para cerrar esta secuencia legal diacrónica en sentido inverso, hubo cambios derivados del Real Decreto 1060/2022 y la Orden IMS/2/2023.

The article deals with three reforms in the provision of temporary disability. In the first place, the LGSS has been modified to meet the novelties discovered by LO 1/2023, of February 28, which modifies LO 2/2010, of March 3rd, on sexual and reproductive health and the voluntary termination of pregnancy. Secondly, the reform operated by Royal Decree-Law 2/2023, also introduced changes, effective as of May 17. Finally, to close this diachronic legal sequence in reverse, there were changes derived from Royal Decree 1060/2022 and Order IMS/2/2023.
