    Desde la reforma laboral de finales de 2021, las normas laborales y de pro­tección social han sido objeto de múltiples modificaciones de muy diferente naturaleza, cuyo análisis se ha agrupado en torno a la noción “tormenta de reformas”. La presente contribución afronta las características formales de las normas que la integran, conectándolas con tendencias anteriores del sistema de fuentes y mostrando alguna novedosa, como es la nueva relevancia de las leyes transversales.

    Since the labor reform at the end of 2021, labor and social protection standards have been subject to multiple changes of a very different nature, the analysis of which has been grouped around the notion of a “reform storm”.The present contribution addresses the formal characteristics of the rules that comprise it, connecting them with previous trends in the system of sources and showing some novelty, such as the new relevance of cross-cutting laws.
