Resumen de Rediseño del manual de procedimientos para cuentas por pagar en la Universidad de Cienfuegos

  La evaluación del Sistema de Control Interno por medio de los Manuales de Procedimientos afianzan las fortalezas de la empresa frente a la gestión, por lo que se ha incrementado la necesidad de perfeccionar el Sistema de Control Interno tanto en las organizaciones del ámbito internacional como nacional. En Cuba se establecen normas y principios básicos sobre el control interno en función de lograr que las entidades mejoren sus resultados en cuanto al cumplimiento de sus planes y metas. De lo anterior se deriva el siguiente trabajo, que tiene como objetivo fundamental rediseñar el Manual de Procedimientos para las Cuentas por Pagar de acuerdo a las características actuales de la Universidad de Cienfuegos, por existir ausencia de división de funciones, fijación de responsabilidades y medidas de autocontrol que se deben ejecutar por los funcionarios y técnicos, las cuales tributan al buen funcionamiento.

  The evaluation of the Internal Control system through the Procedures Manuals strengthens the strengths of the company against the management, which has increased the need to improve the Internal Control System in both international and national organizations. In Cuba, basic rules and principles on internal control are established in order to achieve that entities improve their results in terms of compliance with their plans and goals. From the above, the following work is derived, whose main objective is to redesign the Procedures Manual for Accounts Payable according to the current characteristics of the University of Cienfuegos, due to the absence of division of functions, determination of responsibilities and measures of self-control that must be executed by officials and technicians, which are taxed to the proper functioning
