Privilegios y exclusiones como prácticas docentes, desde la mirada de los estudiantes

    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo, describir los elementos que llevan a los docentes a hacer distinciones y preferencias entre sus estudiantes, privilegiando y favoreciendo a unos y excluyendo a otros dentro del aula. El estudio se realiza desde la percepción del estudiantado, la metodología fue cualitativa utilizando el método etnográfico con perspectiva de paz integral, se utilizó el cuestionario digital para la recolección de datos. Los resultados permitieron identificar los elementos que determinan la posición que tienen los alumnos ante la mirada del docente y cómo esto influye en el desarrollo del potencial humano e intelectual de niñas y niños, traducido en aprendizaje escolar y convivencia. El escrito cierra con una propuesta de paz integral que ayuda a los docentes a enseñar y a convivir con sus estudiantes de manera igualitaria e incluyente.

    The objective of this article is to describe the elements that lead teachers to make distinctions and preferences among their students, privileging and favoring some and excluding others in the classroom. The study is carried out from the students' perception, the methodology was qualitative using the ethnographic method with an integral peace perspective, the digital questionnaire was used for data collection. The results made it possible to identify the elements that determine the position of the students in the eyes of the teacher and how this influences the development of the human and intellectual potential of boys and girls, translated into school learning and coexistence. The paper closes with a comprehensive peace proposal that helps teachers to teach and coexist with their students in an egalitarian and inclusive manner.
