    El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo abordar las formas de término de la huelga en la negociación colectiva reglada en el Título IV del Libro IV del Código del Trabajo, centrando especialmente la atención en aquellas formas atípicas o no contempladas expresamente en el mencionado cuerpo normativo. En el desarrollo del trabajo se pretenden abordar aspectos generales relativos a la huelga y su relación con la última oferta del empleador, para luego dar una mirada general de las formas de término regladas en el Código del Trabajo, finalizando con un análisis detallado respecto de aquellas formas de término de la huelga que no se encuentran expresamente señaladas en la ley, que corresponde al reintegro individual de todos los trabajadores en huelga, la suscripción de un convenio colectivo de trabajo, la aceptación durante la huelga de la última oferta del empleador, y finalmente el término unilateral puro y simple del sindicato.

    This paper aims to address the termination forms of the strike in collective bargaining regulated in Title IV of Book IV of the Labor Law Code, focusing primarily on those atypical forms or those not expressly contemplated in the code normative body. In the development of the work, it is intended to address general aspects related to the strike and its relationship with the last offer of the employer, to then give an overview of the forms of terms regulated in the Labor Code, ending with a detailed analysis regarding those forms of termination of the strike not expressly indicated in the law, which correspond to the individual reinstatement of all the striking workers, the signing of a collective labor agreement, the acceptance during the strike of the last offer of the employer, and finally the pure and straightforward unilateral term of the union
