  La inspección es una parte del proceso de gestión contemporánea que ayuda a las instituciones educativas a alcanzar sus objetivos evaluando su rendimiento y ofreciendo recomendaciones de mejora y crecimiento basadas en resultados. En el sistema educativo turco, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional se encarga de supervisar los centros educativos para garantizar que cumplen los fines, principios básicos y objetivos del marco jurídico y legislativo. Existen dos estructuras organizativas distintas para la inspección educativa: una con “inspectores jefes”, “inspectores” e “inspectores adjuntos” que trabajan bajo la Jefatura de Inspección, que ejecuta las operaciones con la dirección o aprobación del ministro; y la otra, con “inspectores educativos” e “inspectores educativos adjuntos ”bajo la Dirección de Inspectores Educativos. Aunque el trabajo de ambas es el mismo, sus funciones y facultades son diferentes. La primera es la organización central del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, mientras que la segunda es la organización provincial dependiente de la Dirección Provincial de Educación Nacional. Estas entidades se formaron como la Presidencia dela Jefatura de Inspección en la organización central del Ministerio y las Presidencias de Inspectores de Educación en las provincias. A lo largo de los últimos 30 años, el sistema de inspección educativa de Turquía se ha ido configurando mediante cambios en los precedentes normativos sobre quién reúne los requisitos para ser inspector, su nivel de autoridad, sus derechos como individuos e incluso si deben supervisar activamente en las provincias.   Supervision is apart of the contemporary management process thathelpseducational institutions accomplish their goals by evaluating their performance and offering recommendations for improvement and growth based on the results.In the Turkish Education System, the Ministry of National Education is in charge of supervising educational institutions to guarantee that they are adhering to the purposes, basic principles, and objectives of the legal and legislative framework. There are two distinct organizational structures for educational supervision: one with "chief inspectors," "inspectors," and "assistant inspectors" working under the Board of Inspection, which executes operations with the Minister's direction or approval, and the other with "educational inspectors" and "assistant educational inspectors" under the Directorate of Educational Inspectors. Although the job of both boards is the same, their authority and personal rights are different. The first is the central organization of the Ministry of National Education, while the second is the provincial organization under the Provincial Directorates of National Education.
