    La responsabilidad social es una parte importante en el desempeño de las organizaciones, y en el crecimiento del ramo hotelero ha ido cobrando cada vez mayor importancia debido a que, al os turistas les interesa conocer si los hoteles en los que se van a hospedar realizan acciones responsables como la preservación del medio ambiente y el compromiso con la sociedad. Ilunion Hotels es una cadena hotelera española que inicia hace 33 años, en la cual más del 40% de empleados posee alguna discapacidad. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la inclusión y accesibilidad de esta organización, características quela hacen única como modelo de negocio tanto para los turistas como los empleados. Se realizó un estudio de caso a través de una metodología de tipo documental descriptivo. Los resultados manifiestan que esta organización practica un turismo accesible a través de buenas prácticas

    Social responsibility is an important part ofthe performance of organizations, and in the growth of the hotel industry,it has been gaining increasing importance because tourists are interested in knowing if the hotels in which they are going to stay carry out actions responsible as the preservationof the environment and commitment to society.Ilunion Hotels is a Spanishhotel chain that started 33 years ago, in which more than 40% of employees have a disability. The objective of the research is to analyze the inclusion and accessibility of this organization, characteristics that make it unique as a business model for both tourists and employees.A case study was carried out through a descriptive documentary methodology. The results show that this organization practices accessible tourism through good practices
