Resumen de La sociologia della religione in Polonia. Ricerche e dibattiti
The sociology of religion in Poland has quite a long history. It appears in the 19th century. Initially, it concerned the study of culture, folklore and social life of communities and individuals, especially in relation to the Polish context. Some researchers have demonstrated great erudition and the use of a rich methodological and hermeneutic methodology. This article attempts to sketch this broad panorama of sociological research in relation to religion and religiosity, the history of the development of the discipline and in an attempt to demonstrate the specificity associated with its local, Polish conditions. Researchers and sociological schools, especially when considering the contemporary aspect, not infrequently demonstrate a cross-local and multi-paradigmatic approach to diagnosing and explaining phenomena of religion and religiosity
