    La STC 65/2023, de 6 de junio resuelve un recurso de amparo interpuesto por varios diputados del Congreso de los Diputados contra la fórmula de juramento que utilizan otros veintinueve miembros. El juramento de estos miembros no se corresponde con la fórmula del Reglamento. El Tribunal Constitucional considera que la demanda no está suficientemente motivada y desestima el recurso.

    Sentence of Spanish Constitutional Court 65/2023, of June 6th, resolves an appeal filed by several Members of the Congress of Deputies, against the oath formula used by twenty-nine other members. The oath of these members does not correspond to the formula of the Standing Order. The Constitutional Court considers that the claim is not sufficiently motivated and dismisses the appeal.
