Resumen de Empoderamiento en competencias digitales y estrés emocional causado en educadoras de centros de desarrollo infantil

  Con la presente investigación se buscó valorar y determinar los niveles de agotamiento personal en el proceso de su formación profesional y el papel del estrés educativo al formarse en competencias digitales necesarias para el cumplimiento de la labor de especialistas de Desarrollo Integral Infantil (DII) de una institución superior tecnológica. La metodología empleada es un estudio cualitativo, descriptivo-correlacional, el instrumento empleado de recolección de información fue una encuesta usando el inventario MBI-HSS adaptado a las condiciones de los estudiantes. Se correlacionaron mediante tablas cruzadas las variables de grupos etarios y estado civil y se determinó mediante el estadístico Chi-cuadrado el nivel de significación de cada uno de los ítems y las dimensiones generales de agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y realización personal. Como conclusión fundamental, se demuestra que no existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables sociodemográficas de grupos etarios y estado civil con el síndrome de burnout, pero si existe entre ítems de cada dimensión.

  With the present investigation, we sought to assess and determine the levels of personal exhaustion in the process of their professional training and the role of educational stress when preparing with the digital skills necessary to fulfill the work of specialists in comprehensive child development of a higher institution. technological. The methodology used is a qualitative, descriptive-correlational study, the instrument used to collect information was a survey using the MBI-HSS inventory adapted to the conditions of the students. The variables of age groups and marital status were correlated through cross tables and the level of significance of each of the items and the general dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment were determined by means of the Chi-square statistic. As a fundamental conclusion, it is shown that there is no statistically significant relationship between the sociodemographic variables of age groups and marital status with burnout syndrome, but there is between items of each dimension.
