    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo el mostrar una propuesta para promover el desarrollo de un clúster marítimo en el Perú, lo que le resultaría muy favorable para el crecimiento económico a partir de la privilegiada ubicación geoestratégica y la gran riqueza del mar peruano. Concretar esta visión permitirá agrupar a todos los organismos e instituciones relacionadas al ámbito marítimo a partir de una unidad articuladora y dinamizadora que genere innovación, mejore la productividad y logre una ventaja competitiva. Considerando la importancia estratégica de la propuesta, esta se plantea con un horizonte de largo plazo es decir para el periodo 2020 al 2050.

    The objective of this article is to present a proposal to promote the development of a maritime cluster in Peru, which would be very favorable for the development and economic growth based on our privileged geostrategic location and the great wealth of the Peruvian sea. Carrying out this Vision will allow all the organisms and institutions related to the maritime field to be grouped together from an articulating and dynamic unit that generates innovation, improves productivity and achieves a competitive advantage in the country. Considering the strategic importance of the proposal, it has been proposed with a long-term horizon, that is, for the period 2020 to 2050.
