Resumen de Ecos asquenazíes en las versiones sefardíes de Robinson Crusoe

La literatura sefardí moderna se basa principalmente en traducciones o adaptaciones de las novelas occidentales. Entre ellas se encuentran las cuatro versiones judeoespañolas de Robinson Crusoe que salieron a la luz en aljamía hebraica a finales del siglo XIX o a principios del XX. Este artículo tiene por objetivo presentar las similitudes y las discrepancias entre las traducciones judeoespañolas y el texto original de Defoe. Nos centramos en la judaización de la trama y en el papel que jugaron las versiones asquenazíes en la adaptación de Robinson Crusoe para el público sefardí.

The modern Sephardi literature is primarily based on translations or adaptations of Western novels, among these texts we can find four Sephardi versions of Robinson Crusoe that were published in Hebrew script at the end of the 19th century or the beginning of the 20th century. This article aims to present the similarities and differences between the Judeo-Spanish translations and the original novel by Defoe. We focus on the Judaization of the story and the influence of the Ashkenazic versions on Robinson Crusoe´s adaptation for the Sephardi audience.
