As contradições discursivas sobre a mulher no contexto político brasileiro

    The study aims to analyze the symbolic valences that are activated in the reports published on government websites of five Brazilian states (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Ceará, Bahia and Pernambuco), during initial acts of vaccination against Covid‑19, when examines issues of race and gender with a focus on women and their position in society. These same places had the highest rates of femicide in the last 11 years, according to the survey carried out by the Atlas of Violence, which leads us to discuss the contradictions between the staged world and the real world. Based on the concepts of discursive, plastic and figurative semiotics by Algirdas Julien Greimas, we identify dysphoric elements in the midst of a scenario of representations that seek the visibility of a “Present State”, placing women at the “center” of political and media discourses, but that do not find adherence in the effectiveness of public policies aimed at this segment, thus giving rise to the perception of an “Absent State”. The identified polyphonies bring to light these weaknesses and contradictions that are discussed throughout the text, seeking to understand how the diversity of relationships permeate the discourses of state agents who use “opportunities” of social dynamics, such as the Pandemic, to outline strategies of communication and format its image‑concept in the social imaginary, based on possibilities that can be constructed and deconstructed in a dynamic and interactive political context with regard to gender issues.

    O estudo tem por objetivo analisar as valências simbólicas que são acionadas nas reportagens publicadas em sitesgovernamentais de cinco Estados brasileiros (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Ceará, Bahia e Pernambuco), durante atos iniciais de vacinação contra a Covid‑19, quando se verifica questões de raça e gênero com foco nas mulheres e sua posição na sociedade. Esses mesmos locais apresentaram os maiores índices de feminicídio nos últimos 11 anos, de acordo com o levantamento feito pelo Atlas da Violência, o que nos leva a discutir as contradições entre o mundo encenado e o mundo real. Com base nos conceitos da semiótica discursiva, plástica e figurativa de Algirdas Julien Greimas, identificamos elementos disfóricos em meio a um cenário de representações que buscam a visibilidade de um “Estado Presente”, colocando as mulheres no “centro” dos discursos políticos e midiáticos, mas que não encontram aderência na efetividade das políticas públicas voltadas para este segmento, suscitando, assim, a percepção de um “Estado Ausente”. As polifonias identificadas trazem à luz essas fragilidades e contradições que são discutidas ao longo do texto, buscando compreender como a diversidade de relações permeiam os discursos de agentes de estado que se utilizam de “oportunidades” da dinâmica social, como a Pandemia, para traçar estratégias de comunicação e formatar sua imagem‑conceito no imaginário social, a partir de possibilidades que podem ser construídas e desconstruídas em um contexto político dinâmico e interativo no que tange às questões de gênero.
