Estudo sobre a Materialização da Improvisação como Competência Secretarial em uma Secretaria Escolar

      When reflecting on improvisation, it is a phenomenon intrinsically present in the organizational context and the competence to improvise is part of the list of those required in such an environment, including the subjects who work in the dynamic daily life of educational institutions. Thus, the professional secretary, responsible for the secretariat area of an educational institution, a sector considered as a support for the legal development of administrative, pedagogical, and financial work, should know how to make use of the competence of improvisation, when necessary. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how improvisation materializes in the performance of the secretarial professional in a school office. Methodologically, it is a qualitative approach research, of an applied and descriptive nature, which uses the field study as a strategy. The data collection techniques were bibliographic and documentary research and semi-structured interviews. The results showed, in addition to the materialization of improvisation in the study environment, the approximation between the secretarial skills and those of the school office, a fact that allows us to say that the executive secretary can also act in environments of this nature.

      Ao se refletir sobre a improvisação verifica-se que se trata de um fenômeno intrinsecamente presente no contexto organizacional e que a competência de improvisar faz parte do rol daquelas exigidas em tal ambiente, inclusive, dos sujeitos que atuam no dinâmico cotidiano das instituições de ensino. Assim, espera-se que o profissional secretário saiba fazer uso da competência da improvisação, quando necessário, uma vez que a secretaria de uma instituição de ensino é um setor considerado como um sustentáculo para o desenvolvimento legal de trabalhos administrativos, pedagógicos e financeiros. Desse modo, este estudo tem como objetivo averiguar como a improvisação se materializa na atuação de um profissional de secretariado em uma secretaria escolar. Metodologicamente trata-se de pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, de natureza aplicada e descritiva, que utiliza o estudo de campo como estratégia. As técnicas de coleta de dados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e entrevista semiestruturada. Os resultados apontaram que além da materialização da improvisação no ambiente de estudo, existe a aproximação entre as competências secretariais e aquelas do secretário escolar, fato que permite dizer que o secretário executivo pode atuar também em ambientes dessa natureza.
