This document is a descriptive qualitative research that highlights the importance of multivariate analysis techniques for the validation of conceptual models. It focuses mainly on the proposal of a research project for the creation of a transformation model from linear to exponential organization for medium-sized companies in Mexico, as well as the key elements involved in this transition. It also links the theory and the methodological proposal with the mutivariate analysis as a means to answer the research question.
