Resumen de Las otras guerras del conflicto en Ucrania: las luchas internas en Kiev y Moscú

En este documento de opinión el autor describe las guerras internas entre diferentes facciones que se están produciendo en los centros de poder en Kiev y Moscú como consecuencia de la intervención militar de la Federación Rusa en Ucrania, así como de las sanciones internacionales impuestas contra Rusia. En el caso ucraniano, se evidencia una guerra interna entre los pragmáticos y los ultranacionalistas y, al mismo tiempo, entre la nueva derecha y los extremistas dentro de la facción de los ultranacionalistas. En cuanto a la Federación de Rusia, en Moscú se incrementan las tensiones y la lucha interna entre la facción que conforman los siloviki y sus descendientes, los continuistas, y la constituida por los civiliki y una nueva generación de aperturistas.

In this IEEE Comment, the author analyzes and provides some insights about internal “wars” between various factions that are taking place in Kyiv and Moscow due to the Russia-Ukraine war, as well as international sanctions imposed by the US and the European Union against the Russian Federation. On the one hand, in the Ukrainian field, firstly, he describes the infighting between the “Realists” and the Ultranationalists and, secondly, the clash between the “Radical Right” and the “Extremists” within the Ukrainian ultranationalist movement. On the other hand, in the Russia side, he approaches the infighting between the Siloviki and their cubs, the “Continuists” and the Civiliki and a new generation of “Reformists” amidst the Russian military intervention in Ukraine.
