Resumen de La seguridad marítima en la visión del Indopacífico: amenazas y/o riesgos para la economía

  La visión del Indopacífico ha adquirido importancia para y desde Estados Unidos de América, como así también para algunos otros Estados. Más allá de si la visión se comparte, su relevancia radica en que la mayor parte del comercio marítimo mundial surca esta región, por lo que su estabilidad es fundamental. De acuerdo con la perspectiva de la seguridad marítima y la información que proporciona el Maritime Security Index, en el Indopacífico las amenazas y/o riesgos que suponen agentes particulares transnacionales, relacionados con el quebrantamiento del Estado de derecho, son el problema prioritario. Asimismo, se revela que no existe un nivel de seguridad homogéneo en los Estados que conforman el Indopacífico.

  The Indo-Pacific has positioned itself as an essential vision for and from the United States of America and some other states. The importance, beyond if the vision is shared, is that it brings together most of the world's maritime trade, so its stability is essential. From the perspective of maritime security, and based on the Maritime Security Index, the IndoPacific shows threats and/or risks of private transnational agents and the break of the rule of law as the main ones. But, as well as they are, there is not a homogeneous level of security among the States that make up the Indo-Pacific.
