    Este artículo presenta los avances de una investigación que busca conocer los procesos de apropiación subjetiva del derecho a la interrupción legal y voluntaria del embarazo de mujeres que transitaron la práctica en el sistema de salud pública en la ciudad de Rawson, Chubut, en el marco de la ley provincial XV n 14 (ILE) y la nacional 27.610 (IVE).1Este estudio es de tipo cualitativo, exploratorio y descriptivo; de diseño flexible e inductivo, y utiliza como herramienta de construcción de datos entrevistas semi-estructuradas. El proceso reflexivo se inscribe en epistemologías feministas y se piensa desde una perspectiva psicosocial. Lo trabajado hasta el momento, permite pensar a la apropiación subjetiva del derecho a la ILE/IVE como un proceso constituidos por múltiples aristas. En el mismo se entraman tensiones entre la legalidad de esta práctica y lo socialmente legitimado de ella; hecho que se hace visible a través de los propios posicionamientos de las mujeres como sujetas que se reconocen titulares de este derecho; de las polifonías de voces presentes en esas construcciones y en los sentires sobre su experiencia, adquiriendo significatividad la dimensión de género. El propósito de la investigación es aportar elementos para conocer los modos en que la interrupción legal y voluntaria del embarazo adquiere realidad en el plano de las subjetividades, aportando insumos no sólo a la implementación de la política pública, sino también a la construcción de posiciones éticas ciudadanas desde las cuales ser sujetas con y de derechos.

    This article presents some preliminary findings of an investigation that seeks to know the processes of subjective appropriation of the right to legal and voluntary termination of pregnancy of women who underwent this procedures in the public health systemin the city of Rawson, Chubut, within the framework of provincial Act XV n°. 14 of Legal Termination of Pregnancy (ILE) and national Act 27610 of Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy (IVE). This study is qualitative, exploratory and descriptive; it has a flexible and inductive design, and uses semi-structured interviews as a data construction tool. The reflective process is inscribed in feminist epistemologies and is thought from a psychosocial perspective. Our preliminary resultsallow us to think of the subjective appropriation of the right to the ILE / IVE as a process made up of multiple sides. There are tensions between the legality of this practice and its social legitimacy, a fact that is made visible through the positions of women themselves as subjects who recognize themselves as holders of this right, of the polyphonies of voices present in these constructions and in the feelings about their experience, all of which give the gender dimension a strong significance. The purpose of the research is to provide elements to know the ways in which the legal and voluntary terminationof pregnancy acquires reality at the level of subjectivities, providing inputs not only to the implementation of public policies, but also to the construction of ethical positions of citizenship from which to be subjects with and of rights.
