Resumen de La gestión del conocimiento en las organizaciones como medida de adaptación al nuevo entorno laboral

  El presente artículo tiene por objeto el análisis del estado del arte acerca de la digitalización, la cuarta revolución industrial y sus consecuencias sobre la economía y el mercado laboral en especial, incidiendo en su conexión con las nuevas formas de trabajar y los nuevos requerimientos para las personas trabajadoras. En este sentido, y tras una aproximación teórica se analizan dos conceptos formativos que las organizaciones están poniendo en marcha para afrontar la digitalización, y, que son, el reskilling y el upskilling. Finalmente, se trata de valorar el encaje que estas medidas para la gestión del conocimiento tienen en el marco formativo actual de la legislación laboral estatal

  The purpose of this article is to analyze the state of the art about digitalization, the fourth industrial revolution and its consequences on the economy and the labor market in particular, focusing on its connection with the new ways of working and the new requirements for the working people. In this sense, and after a theoretical approach, two training concepts are analyzed that organizations are implementing to face digitization, and, which are, reskilling and upskilling. Finally, it is about assessing the fit that these measures for knowledge management have in the current training framework of state labor legislation.

  Artikulu honen xedea digitalizazioa, laugarren industria-iraultza eta horrek ekonomian eta lan-merkatuan eragin dituen ondorioak aztertzea da, izan ere, azpimarratzekoa da lan egiteko modu berriekin eta langileek bete behar dituzten eskakizun berriekin duen lotura. Ildo horretan, eta hurbilketa teoriko burutu ondoren, gaur egun, erakundeak digitalizazioari aurre egiteko abian jartzen ari diren bi prestakuntza-kontzeptu aztertzen dira: reskilling-a eta upskilling-a.
